1. Who we are

The LINIA345 website is operated by to be published before orders are activated, a limited liability company under Romanian law, with its registered office at to be published before orders are activated, registered with the Trade Register under no. to be published before orders are activated, unique registration code to be published before orders are activated, share capital to be published before orders are activated (hereinafter “LINIA345”).

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the LINIA345 website and — from the date online orders are activated — the distance selling of LINIA345 products to consumers. Online orders are not yet active. Sections marked “[Online orders]” take effect only once that functionality is activated.

The sale is addressed to consumers in Romania, Italy, France, Spain and Germany — we do not currently accept orders from other countries. The Romanian-language version of these terms is the authentic one; the contract is concluded in Romanian.

3. The site and its content

The information on the site is presentational and does not constitute an irrevocable offer. The visuals in the build sequence and in the presentation sections are development visualisations of the modular system, marked as such — not product photographs and not projects carried out for customers.

The content of the site (texts, graphics, 3D models, the structure of the site, the LINIA345 mark) is protected by the intellectual property rights of LINIA345 or of its licensors. Use of the site for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted; any reproduction or commercial use requires the written consent of LINIA345.

4. The configurator

The LINIA345 configurator is a planning tool that lets you build a kitchen configuration from the modules of the system. Configurations saved locally and estimates generated by the configurator are indicative and constitute neither a firm price offer nor a contract — an order is concluded solely through the steps described in section 6.

5. User account

The site does not currently offer user accounts. If this functionality is introduced, this section will be completed before it is activated and the privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

6. [Online orders] Placing an order and conclusion of the contract

The technical steps for placing an order will be as follows:

1. you choose the configuration or the products and add them to the basket;
2. you review the basket — you can change options and quantities and correct input errors at any time before placing the order; before the final step a full summary of the order is shown to you for one last check;
3. you fill in the delivery and invoicing details and choose the payment method;
4. before placing the order you receive the pre-contractual information required by OUG nr. 34/2014 — the essential characteristics, the total price with all taxes included, the delivery costs, the payment and delivery conditions and the information on the right of withdrawal;
5. you place the order using a button labelled unambiguously as an order with an obligation to pay (art. 8 para. (2) of OUG nr. 34/2014);
6. you receive confirmation of the order on a durable medium (e-mail), together with these terms in the version applicable to the order.

Technical verification of the order. After payment is confirmed, the order receives the status “Under technical verification”: LINIA345 checks the dimensions you supplied, the configuration, compatibility and feasibility of the order. If everything is correct, the order receives the status “Order validated” and enters production; if we identify a problem, we contact you so it can be corrected before production begins. This description concerns the operational handling of the order.

The moment the contract is concluded: to be published before orders are activated.

The concluded contract is archived by LINIA345; on request we make available to you the version of the terms applicable to your order.

7. [Online orders] Prices and payment

The prices shown during the order process are final payable prices, stated with VAT included (for Romania, in lei — RON). The delivery cost and, if you choose it, the cost of the optional installation service are shown separately, and the total amount payable is presented to you in full before you place the order — you pay no cost that has not been shown to you.

Payment is made in full in advance, online, when the order is placed. The payment is processed by an authorised external payment service provider, in that provider’s own hosted and secure environment — to be published before orders are activated. LINIA345 does not store your card details; these are entered exclusively in the secure environment of the payment processor, which applies the strong customer authentication (SCA) required by payment services legislation.

The invoice is issued in accordance with the applicable tax legislation, through the LINIA345 invoicing/accounting system — including transmission to the Romanian national RO e-Factura system — and is communicated to you to be published before orders are activated.

8. [Online orders] Delivery and installation

LINIA345 delivers to Romania, Italy, France, Spain and Germany, through its logistics partners. Estimated delivery time: 7 working days from technical validation of the order (“Order validated”) — an estimated, not guaranteed, time, valid for all five countries. The time communicated and agreed during the order process is the one that binds us; in the absence of an agreed time, delivery takes place within no more than 30 days of the conclusion of the contract (art. 18 of OUG nr. 34/2014).

The delivery cost is not included in the price of the furniture: it is calculated per order and destination and is shown to you before final payment. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you at the moment when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier proposed by LINIA345) takes physical possession of the products.

Installation is an optional service, separate and separately paid, available in all five countries — never mandatory and never included in the price of the furniture or in the delivery cost. Without installation, you receive the assembly drawing and the assembly instructions. Details — including the effects on the legal guarantee — are on the Delivery and Guarantee and complaints pages, which form part of these terms.

9. [Online orders] Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the date on which you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the products, without having to justify the decision. The full details, the standard withdrawal form and the legal exceptions — including the regime of goods made to the consumer’s specifications — are described on the Returns and withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.

10. Conformity and guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by OUG nr. 140/2021 — detailed on the Guarantee and complaints page, which forms part of these terms. If LINIA345 offers an additional commercial guarantee, its conditions will be communicated separately and will not affect your legal rights.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints are sent to to be published before orders are activated or through the other contact details in section 1. We always attempt an amicable resolution.

You also have access to the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) mechanism administered by the National Authority for Consumer Protection — information at anpc.ro/sal and through the portal reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, as well as the right to address ANPC (eservicii.anpc.ro) or the competent courts.

12. Liability

LINIA345 is liable in accordance with the law for the conformity of the products sold and for the performance of the contract. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers, and nothing excludes the liability of LINIA345 in cases where the law prohibits its exclusion. For use of the site outside an order, LINIA345 is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or by reasonably unforeseeable external factors.

13. Your personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and cookie modules in the Cookie policy.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the courts competent under the law; the mandatory legal provisions on consumer protection of your country of habitual residence remain applicable where the law so provides.

15. Amendment of the terms

LINIA345 may update these terms; the version and date at the beginning of the document identify the current form. The version accepted when an order is placed applies to that order.
