Returns & withdrawal

1. Your right of withdrawal

For purchases concluded at a distance you have the right, under OUG nr. 34/2014, to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without justifying your decision and without costs other than those provided by law. The period runs from the day on which you — or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the products; where delivery is in several instalments, from the last instalment.

LINIA345 kitchens are configured from standard catalogue modules — you choose standard dimensions and finishes and combine them; the products are not cut or manufactured to order to your dimensions. The right of withdrawal therefore applies as a rule — see also section 5.

Note: LINIA345 online orders are not yet active. This page describes the regime that will apply to them and becomes effective when they are activated.

2. How to withdraw

You inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for example by e-mail to to be published before orders are activated or by post to to be published before orders are activated. You may use the form below, but you are not obliged to. It is enough to send the communication before the 14-day period expires. If we receive the withdrawal electronically, we confirm receipt without delay on a durable medium.

3. Effects of withdrawal

• We reimburse you all sums received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days at the latest of the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal — using the same means of payment you used, with no fee for the reimbursement.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the products back, or until you send us proof of having dispatched them, whichever comes first.
• You send the products back without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest of communicating the withdrawal.
• You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Return costs

Where you withdraw from the contract, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. For bulky furniture, which by its nature cannot be returned by post, LINIA345 may arrange collection of the products from you; the cost of collection remains yours.

The return cost or the method of calculating it will be communicated to you clearly before you place any order: to be published before orders are activated.

Important: these costs concern withdrawal from the contract only (returning without a reason). They do not apply to, and do not in any way limit, your rights in respect of defective or non-conforming products — see section 7.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The law provides exceptions (art. 16 of OUG nr. 34/2014), including for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (art. 16 lit. c).

LINIA345 kitchens are configured from standard catalogue modules and are not treated as products exempt from withdrawal. to be published before orders are activated. If in future a particular product is legally classified as made to the consumer’s specifications, we will tell you so explicitly, for that product, before you place the order.

7. Non-conforming products

Returning goods for defects or non-conformity is a right distinct from withdrawal, is not limited to 14 days and involves no transport cost for you — see Guarantee and complaints.
