1. Status of this page
Online orders and payments are not yet active. This page describes the payment model decided for launch and the applicable legal framework; it will be completed before payments are activated.
2. The payment model
LINIA345 orders are paid in full in advance, online, when the order is placed. The total amount payable — including VAT, the delivery cost and, if you chose it, the cost of the optional installation service, each shown separately — is presented to you in full before you place the order, and the final order button unambiguously indicates the obligation to pay.
3. What happens after payment
Once payment is confirmed, your order receives the status “Under technical verification”: LINIA345 checks the dimensions you supplied, the configuration, compatibility and feasibility of the order. If everything is correct, the order receives the status “Order validated” and enters production. If we identify a problem, we contact you so it can be corrected before production begins.

4. Payment processing
- Payments will be processed by an authorised external payment service provider, in a payment environment hosted and secured by that provider: to be published before orders are activated.
- Card details are entered exclusively in the processor’s secure environment. LINIA345 neither sees nor stores your card details.
- Online card payments are subject to strong customer authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure), in accordance with European payment services legislation.

5. Currency and invoicing
Prices for Romania are expressed in lei (RON), with VAT included. The invoice is issued in accordance with tax legislation, through the LINIA345 invoicing/accounting system — including transmission to the Romanian national RO e-Factura system — and is communicated to you to be published before orders are activated.
6. Failed and duplicate payments
An order is considered placed only after the processor confirms the payment. If the payment fails, the order is not registered and no amount is withheld from you by LINIA345; amounts temporarily blocked by your bank are released in accordance with your bank’s rules. The mechanism protecting against placing an order twice is part of the order process.
